Shipping Rates
Shipping within the US territory is available for a flat fee of $6.00 for 1 book, 1 notebook, 1 poster, 1 print, 1 pack of greeting cards, 1 mouse pad, or 1 pack of vinyl stickers. A charge of $2.00 will be added to any additional product. That means that the shipping charge for 2 products will be $8.00, $10.00 for 3 products, $12 for 4 products, and so on. The system will be calculating the cost. Tax is included.
Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the time of receipt. Mousepads will take longer, as not always they are in stock. An email regarding mousepads will be emailed to you with the estimated time of delivery. USPS is our standard method of shipping. Every shipping order comes with a tracking number so you will be able to follow your order. You will normally receive your package within 3-7 business days. There are certain times of the year, especially during November and December, when there may be slight delays. Please review the USPS website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Ajarbooks.com is not responsible for any shipping delays.
Express Shipping
An express service is available for a flat rate of $25 for 1 book, 1 notebook, 1 poster, or 1 pack of greeting cards (add $5 for each additional product). 1-2 day delivery to all major cities in the USA. Please place your order before 2:00 pm.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions Within the USA
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Ajarbooks.com is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.
International Shipping
At the moment we only ship domestically inside the USA.
Downloads
After paying, the watermark will disappear, and your one-page planner will show up in high quality of 300 DPI, ready to print in color.
Order Confirmation
When you place your order, we will send you a receipt. When your order is being shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number. You will receive emails regarding all your orders and downloads. If you don’t receive them, please add us to your safe email list. Our emails come from publisher@ajarbooks.com. Thanks.

No returns or refunds. Should the package gets lost during transit within the USA, we will resend you your order. We do have a tracking number for every delivery. Please know that we work our bums off for you and would like you to be happy with our products. They are all well checked before delivery and are packed with lots of care. Thank you.
